Izink blue glitter and phosphorescent paint
Description
Blue decorative paint with a high concentration of flakes, can be applied to any surface including textiles (must be ironed before washing). Easy to apply with a brush, it is perfect for working with stencils, and is suitable for all types of creative projects.
